My sketch comedy group, Harvard Sailing Team, spent Saturday night and all day Sunday on Long Island again this past weekend so that we could finish up our web series pilots. We met at the location (an office) at 7am Sunday morning. Yowch. We didn’t leave until around 9pm that night. It was a long day.

Luckily, I didn’t have too much to do during the day. Once again, the real heroes were the guys running the show – Kyle, Lance, Jody and Chris – who worked nonstop, along with the woman who handled the props and the guy who did the sound, to make sure the day was productive. I cannot imagine how exhausting it is to hold a giant boom mic above your head all day long, for example. I was tired from just lounging around in a comfy chair all day and eating free food.

Once again, Pam Smith, Chris’s mom, provided us with a huge, delicious lunch that we all gobbled up without even gasping for air in between forkfuls. And after lunch, I ate two of these brownie bites, which don’t look like much in this photo, but were delicious. I think they were from a nearby grocery store or bakery. I didn’t really investigate. I just consumed. Very yummy.
